No Limits Packaging Systems manufactures different types of liquid bottle fillers that serve different purposes. In order to choose the best bottle filling machine for your application you must take several things into consideration:
- Production Speed
- Viscosity of your product (liquid, water, other)
- Characteristics of your products (Does it contains particles, is it flammable, Foamy, among others)
- Container characteristics, shape, material, etc...
We offer the following bottle filling principles:
Used to fill from low to high viscosity products, and can handle products with particles with the right options. They can handle speeds up to 120 bpm and are capable of filling anything an overflow machine can but the cost of the machine is higher. The speed on this filling machine is higher for viscous products because the thin products tend to overflow if filled to fast. Several piston sizes may be required to fill a wide range of products.
Semi-viscous and viscous liquids; ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, syrups, salsa, honey, peanut butter, jellies, dipping sauces, lip balm, shampoo, thick soaps, styling gels, facial masks, wax, glue, grease, sealants, silicone and much more.
Used to fill low viscosity products, can handle foamy and non foamy products, speeds up to 150 bpm. Great value filling machine because of the production speeds obtained with small investment, the limitation is the viscosity of the products. Produces a cosmetic level fill.
Bottled water(depending of container type), food coloring, vegetable oil, liquid cleaners, petroleum oils, ink, light makeup remover, alcohol, bleach, brine , Distilled spirits, Wine, and many more.
These types of Liquid Filler Machines are best suited for liquids with very thin viscosities that do not change with ambient temperature or with batch variation. This machine is also suited for applications where recirculation of the liquid in the fluid path is not desireable. Although this type of bottle filler is used predominantly on products that do not foam, foam may be limited and controlled by subsurface/bottom-up-fill capability. We strive to provide our customers with the best machinery supplier experience possible.
Water, Fruit Juices & Extracts, Food Coloring, Perfumes, Essential Oils, Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Ink, Urine, Blood, Alcohol, Wax, Lip Balms, Candles, Sun Tan Lotions, Light Shampoo's & Light Lotions
Used to fill products with low to high viscosity. They can handle products with particles with the right options, and speeds up to 160 bpm. These fillers are capable of filling anything an overflow machine can but the cost of the machine is higher. Pump fillers are more expensive than a piston filler but do not require any change parts to fill from a few ml to gallons fill.
Less than Water to Pastes (Depending on Pump Type Used) Water, juices, vitamin drinks, syrups, dressings, milk, honey, mayonnaise, cheese, jellies, perfumes, hair conditioner, liquid soap, shampoo, creams and lotion, hand and body wash, hair styling gels, mascara, eye liner, makeup remover, detergents, oils, liquid cleaners, paint, degreasers, engine coolant, varnish, candles, sealants, grease, glue, silicone, cough medicine, iodine, saline solutions, insect repellent, and much more
